All shipping is complimentary for KM Fine Jewelry orders within the United States. Choose the delivery speed that suits your timeline.

Signature Requirement

For your protection, all orders require an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures that your valuable purchase is received securely and does not remain unattended. FedEx will make multiple delivery attempts if you are not available at the time of the initial delivery. You may also arrange to pick up your package at a nearby FedEx location.

Insurance & Security

Every shipment is fully insured for the total value of your purchase from the moment it leaves our facility until it is signed for at your door. We partner with FedEx to provide secure, trackable delivery with comprehensive coverage.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no external markings indicating the contents or value. Your privacy and security are our top priorities throughout the entire delivery process.

Order Processing

Before your order ships, our gemologists conduct a thorough quality inspection to verify that your diamond or jewelry meets our exacting standards. This process typically takes 1–2 business days. Once your order passes inspection and is packaged, it is handed off to FedEx for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can track your shipment in real time through your KM Fine Jewelry account dashboard or directly on the FedEx website.
