Browse our collection and select the diamond or jewelry piece that catches your eye. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with a credit card, debit card, or wire transfer. If you need assistance selecting the right diamond, our gemologists are available via phone or email to guide you through the process.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@kmfinejewelry.com or (888) 555-GEMS. Once an order has entered our quality inspection process, modifications may not be possible, but our team will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and bank wire transfers. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor, ensuring your financial information is handled with the highest level of security.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes, every diamond we sell is independently certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the International Gemological Institute (IGI). Each certification report details the diamond's exact specifications including cut, clarity, color, and carat weight. You will receive the original certificate with your purchase.

What is the difference between natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Natural diamonds are formed over billions of years deep within the Earth, while lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments using advanced technology that replicates natural conditions. Both are real diamonds with identical physical, chemical, and optical properties. The primary differences are origin and price, with lab-grown diamonds typically costing 30–50% less than their natural counterparts.

How do I choose the right diamond?

Start by considering the 4Cs: Cut (the most important factor for brilliance), Color (we recommend H or above for a white appearance), Clarity (VS2 or above for eye-clean stones), and Carat (size relative to your budget). Do you offer custom settings?

Yes, we offer a range of custom setting options for engagement rings and fine jewelry. Choose from classic solitaire, halo, pavé, three-stone, and vintage-inspired designs in platinum, white gold, yellow gold, or rose gold. Our design team can also work with you on fully bespoke pieces. Custom orders typically take 3–4 weeks to complete.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

After your order passes our quality inspection (1–2 business days), shipping times depend on your selected method: Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, Express shipping takes 2–3 business days, and Overnight shipping delivers the next business day. All orders ship via FedEx with full insurance and tracking.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States, regardless of the shipping method you choose. Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping are all free of charge. Every shipment is fully insured and requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not currently available but is coming soon. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve customers worldwide. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How is my order packaged?

Your diamond or jewelry arrives in a premium presentation box, carefully cushioned and sealed inside a discreet outer shipping package. There are no external markings indicating the contents or value of the shipment. Each order also includes your GIA or IGI certification, a care guide, and a polishing cloth.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your diamond or jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, documentation, and certification.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our support team at support@kmfinejewelry.com or (888) 555-GEMS to request a return authorization. We will provide you with a prepaid, insured FedEx return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Yes, we are happy to facilitate exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team to discuss your exchange options. If the replacement item is a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference. Exchanges follow the same return shipping process, and your new item will ship as soon as we receive the original.
